This guarantee is subject to the presentation of your receipt and the nursery product in question.
We will replace the full amount paid once for guaranteed plants that die within 2 years of the purchase date in the form of a credit note – No cash refunds. Store specials are guaranteed for the purchase price only.

Roses and fruit trees are guaranteed until Thanksgiving of the same year the purchase was made.
Small fruit trees, grape plants, roses, perennials, grasses, clematis and annuals are not covered by this guarantee.

Sale and clearance items are not covered by this guarantee.
Gifts and statuary are not guaranteed but may be exchanges within seven days of purchase with your receipt.
